Ownership of the Beach Cabin includes use of the rooftop Balcony and private ladies and gents' Toilets, communal only to the  owners of the Ocean Bay Beach Cabins.

Share of the Freehold. Each owner becomes a member of the registered Owners Association which manages the maintenance of the chalet block.
